Vivid Dream?

There seem to be many women and men having dreams of the future that is coming like a freight train. If you are like me, you’ll get their videos in your inbox or wherever you receive media.

My dreams are not of the future but many times when I dream they are lucid, meaning they appear to be very real and I can change them or make them up as it goes along.

Let’s pretend this post is my most recent lucid dream.

In my dream I have a friend that can change weather. Pretty cool, huh. I have heard of others that can do the same thing so I wasn’t that surprised in this dream when I saw my friend bring in rain and snow. Though in my dream I remember kind of chiding my friend after shoveling three feet of snow and then three more feet came down that enough had been brought in. Maybe it was just my aching back that was chiding my friend. Why do backs ache in lucid dreams and why couldn’t I make that go away?

Right now we are in a very severe drought in our neck of the woods. (In reality we are down to watering one day a week for three hours.) So I asked my friend if the Lord Jesus Christ would allow rain to be brought into our valley.

“No,” my dream friend stated, “the people here are under condemnation for giving their agency away by following their supposed leaders. And their leaders, civic and religious, are condemned for taking away the people’s agency by ‘mandating’ the wearing of masks and ‘social distancing.’ Both groups are condemned and are in need of much repentance.”

From Ephesians and Hosea we read:

“They are darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, due to their hardness of heart.” (Eph. 4:18, ESV, emphasis added)

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you have rejected knowledge, I reject you from being a priest to me. And since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.” (Hosea 4:6; ESV, emphasis added)

Are we darkened in our understanding? Will we be destroyed for a lack of knowledge? And something we have repeated here more than once:

“Oh Lord, I have trusted in thee, and I will trust in thee forever. I will not put my trust in the arm of flesh; for I know that cursed is he that putteth his trust in the arm of flesh. Yea, cursed is he that putteth his trust in man or maketh flesh his arm.” (2 Nephi 4:34, emphasis added)

Jeremiah says the same thing:

“Thus saith the Lord: Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord.” (Jeremiah 17:5, KJV)

How many trust blindly in people like a Trump, Obama, Clinton, or even the Bushes? How about those in lab coats like Dr. Fauci. Good grief, he’s 80 years old, why isn’t he retired instead of inflicting humanity with his version of science? Or Bill Gates? Who made him a doctor and why won’t he go away. There are countries that have banned him, his Foundation and his vaccines. Again, why won’t he go away? Who does he work for anyway? Now there are some readers that will be upset that I haven’t listed the same number of Republicans as Democrats. I don’t keep count, evil is evil. Besides we are talking about following flesh here.

Back to my dream. The friend who could change weather went on to tell me because the people here in this valley and State have given up their agency to flesh, and since the so called religious and civic leaders have taken away their agency, both groups are condemned. Why, because they declare mask mandates, social distancing mandates, closing small businesses while leaving the large ones open, closing their chapels, not allowing singing praises to God and so much more. And then are blindly followed by the majority of the masses.

Agency is the one gift that is to be respected and never abused here in mortality and many of us “play” with it like there are no consequences at all, I mean besides being cursed for doing so. Believe me, the laws of cause and effect along with karma will be coming into their lives.

Then in my dream the religious leaders sent out a letter asking the local congregations to fast and pray for rain the next Sunday. My rain bringer friend told me the Lord Christ said that it would not happen as they are cursed. There was no mention of repentance in the letter to the congregations. Remember, the self-called righteous of have no need of that part of His gospel, repentance, do they? It seems to be that when a people, secular, religious, or both get to that point the Lord God “blesses” them to remembrance:

“Yea, and wo be unto all the cities which are in the land round about, which are possessed by the Nephites, because of the wickedness and abominations which are in them. And behold, a curse shall come upon the land, saith the Lord of Hosts, because of the people’s sake who are upon the land, yea, because of their wickedness and their abominations.” (Helaman 13:16-17)

In Mormon 1:17 God tells us that He curses the land for our sake. This is said in other places in His scriptures, look it up!

“But I did remain among them, but I was forbidden to preach unto them, because of the hardness of their hearts; and because of the hardness of their hearts the land was cursed for their sake.”

It made me wonder in my dream if the He was cursing those in my valley and State for our sake. Was it to help us remember Him, in whom we should always place our trust? How come many are so willing to trust men and religious leaders over Him? Or civic leaders over Him? I guess natural law is real, we do bring upon us the consequences of our choices, as painful or wonderful as they may be.

Does the Earth, herself, get tired of what resides on her? Does the human race seem like a virus to her when we become so worldly and of Babylon she can hardly stand it? Does she have a hand in the cursing? Interesting question, isn’t it. We can read of her pains and being weary in Moses.

“Wo, wo is me, the mother of men; I am pained, I am weary, because of the wickedness of my children. When shall I rest, and be cleansed from the filthiness which is gone forth out of me? When will my Creator sanctify me, that I may rest, and righteousness for a season abide upon my face? (Moses 7:48)

Obviously we participate in her pain when we follow men, when we disobey God and dishonor Them. Maybe we should spend more time on our knees begging forgiveness, learning what His true gospel is. I know it is not the commandments and mandates of men.

Holy cow, sure glad this was just a vivid dream. Though some of my vivid dreams are so real in what is being seen and shared that they appear to be reality itself. Wow, makes one wonder.

I talked to my sighted daughter several times today. I mentioned to her when we did a tour of Arizona many years ago. She gave a “last days” talk where she told them they would experience temperatures of 150 degrees and winds of 300 mph. So far they have experienced somewhere near 125 degrees and 200 mph winds down there. She assured me it will continue to rise as the earth continues to change and those of us living on her surface continue to NOT repent and forget turn to our Lord Jesus Christ, all the while trusting in the arm of flesh.

I better run, my three hours of watering starts in 30 minutes.
